Equinox Center: our next chairman and our next treasurer

Congratulations to director Trevor Callan, who was elected Vice Chairman of Equinox Center last night and was elected to be our next Chairman as of our December board meeting! I have been our Chairman since our founding, and am excited to see the fresh energy and perspective and discipline that this handoff will bring, even as I remain active on the Board of Directors.
 
Congratulations to director Bill Malloy, who was elected to be our next Treasurer as of our October board meeting! Trevor has been our Treasurer since our founding, and sounds excited to pass the Treasury responsibility to Bill’s very capable hands and insightful mind.
 
Equinox Center is a year or two farther along in its development than I imagined it would be by now, and this despite a tough economy. I am so proud of our strong and growing Board of Directors and our very talented and dedicated staff, and our accomplishments already toward a stronger, healthier San Diego region.
 
If you have any suggestions for either of these fine board volunteers about how you’d like to see them excel in their new responsibilities, don’t hesitate to email, phone, or meet with either of them.
